Program Expectations

For Mentors:

  • Commit to regular meetings (1-2 times per month)
  • Provide guidance and positive role modeling
  • Support academic and personal growth
  • Complete background check and training

For Mentees:

  • Attend scheduled meetings consistently
  • Be open to learning and growth opportunities
  • Communicate goals and challenges honestly
  • Show respect and appreciation for mentor’s time
